  • When will I get my shirt?

Orders are filled in the order they were placed. Your order number is a good indication of how many orders are before yours. Please note that I had over 2000 orders placed in a matter of a week so it takes quite a while to get through all of them. I have it listed on my website a few times that the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks because that is an accurate timeframe for shipping. Some are going out sooner than that, but I have to allow that time for processing as each shirt is hand made by myself in my shop.   • I need an individual update. I don’t want a general response.

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders placed, I am unable to pull individual orders and give updates. I am working as fast as I can and pulling orders takes away very limited and valuable time from getting your order out to you.

 

  • How will I know if my package is sent?

You will get an email with your tracking number once the shipping label is created. After that, the shirts are picked up from a mail carrier or dropped off at the post office. It may take time to show any movement and that is completely normal. Your package may show pre shipment for some time and again, that’s completely normal. 

 

  • My package is in transit and it is taking too long. What is going on?

Once the package is dropped off/picked up, I have no additional information. I can only see the same information you are seeing so I cannot provide additional details.

 

  • My package says delivered but I don’t have it. What do I do?

At this point, it is completely out of my hands and you would need to reach out to the postal service as they can provide you the exact GPS coordinates of where it was dropped off at. I am not able to assist once it is in the postal system.

 

  • I have another issue.
